24 Hour Pickup

Call us at 701-824-6471 During Our Business Hours to Pre-arrange a 24/7 pickup.  We will need to know the day you are requesting a pickup for.

Note: If you come for the 24/7 pickup after we’ve already closed without pre-arranging your pickup time, we will be unable to assist you. We will be happy to serve you as soon as we are open on the next business day. 

When you call us, we will confirm the day and the number of parcels you are picking up and request payment by credit card over the phone.

You will receive a 4-digit code for our 24/7 room. We will place your items in the 24/7 room on the day of your pre-arranged pickup.

Once you arrive, look for the door on the front of the building with the large, red letter “A”. Enter the 4-digit code to unlock the door. The code will only work on the day of your arranged pickup.

Look for your items on the shelf. All pick-ups are arranged alphabetically by last name. Take your items with you and close the door behind you.

That’s it! If there is a problem with your items, you can call the number posted inside the 24/7 room for emergency assistance.  If your plans change last minute, and you are unable to pick up on the arranged day, all your items will go back on the shelf of our main warehouse, and you can call us to make arrangements for another day.
